I would not have made it through Palisades Highschool (Class of '78) without Mr. Freund. He found me in 7th grade and introduced me to the marching sousaphone and concert tuba. From there to the baritone/euphonium. From there to the coronet. Concert band, stage band, marching band, band camp, and even his brass quintets--I lived for band.
