So sorry to hear about Jimmy. He was a good friend to me in high school. So friendly and sincere. Only good memories of the days at CHS.

Jimmy you will ALWAYS be in our hearts, I will NEVER forget you and how happy you ALWAYS were when I would see you at the office. Your life was too short but God needed you, this I truley believe. This is not goodbye, this is "Until we see you again." Love you Jimmy!!! My prayers go out to the family, and I will say a short prayer every night to help you through this<3

Jimmy Fuqua was my attorney for the past eight years and I found him a man of honor, a true Southern Gentleman and Great American/ My prayers are for the family during this period of loss. He will be missed by many.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Jimmy always had a "kind" word for me when I was a young man growing up in Ozark. I vividly remember being on dove shoots with Jimmy over thirty (30) years ago when I was a teenager in high school. I am fond of those memories. I always smiled when someone mentioned Jimmy's name. Jimmy was a gentleman and he will be missed. With deepest sympathies, Jeff Bankston (Jacksonville, Florida).
