Wow it seems like it was just yesterday that Jim and I were around having fun. Tootie I know that you are missing him but you can bet your bippy he is flying around policing Heaven and blowing his whistle, can everyone picture that, I sure can.

Mary Jane I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a great friend. He rode with me when I was Emmitsburg officer, gathered wild mushrooms among other things. He was a great friend and I thank GOD for the privilege of knowing him. GOD BLESS

Mary Jane please accept my condolences to you and your family. Jim was a special person as he and I spent a lot of time together, whether riding with me when I was officer in Emmitsburg or looking for wild mushrooms. He will always have a special place in my heart. GOD BLESS

To Mary & Family --- JIM was a GREAT GUY !!--- He was very much loved by the Roy Little's Family !! WE All had some good times with you & Jim !! He will be deeply missed ! Prayers to the family & rest in peace, JIM !!!!!

Our deepest condolences to the family. Jim was one of my favorites, always a lot of fun but perfessioal in his job. After many long meetings I would stop in the police office and find out the latest with Jim and Neil Bectol. Great memories!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mary Jane in this most difficult time in your life. I always considered Jim a friend as well as a mentor while serving together with the Emmitsburg Police Department. We also had some pretty good times working together at Grinder's Texaco. Stay strong and remember Jim is in a better place.
