Not sure what to say?

My Brother, we all miss you so much. Thank you for being my little brother and sharing so many beautiful memories with us. Even as a little boy you were a man of integrity and love. We will meet again in heaven. God bless you.

Denise and John Vincent, I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. We were neighbors many, many, MANY, years ago...when we all lived in Freeway Manor. We (the Edwards family) lived on the corner of Laskey and Thurmon and y'all lived on Thurmon. Many heart felt, fond memories were made back then. My Mom, Margaret (Marge) Edwards Huffman and I have spoken of your family many times. Keeping all of you in our prayers. God bless you.
Mary Edwards

I never saw him have a bad day. I believe he knew what a gift life is. I’m sure he is hearing the words of Jesus”well done my good and faithful servant.” See you soon RIP

I met him at a football game where my son was the quarterback. The game was a heartbreak because it was not my son’s finest moment and I found myself sitting alone which seldom ever happened. I looked at Jim and said I know folks want to yell at him right now but they won’t around me because I’m his mom. He smiled and jumped lovingly into conversation. It was as if he had loved my son and me forever. A moment I’ll always fondly remember. We interacted many times and places for years and every...

I knew Mr. Fussell through watching my sons’ sports and even rode to several out of town games with him. He had a huge heart and loved our kids fiercely. He was a fine man and always a joy to see in the stands. He will be missed by so many in the Johnson City community.

Very much a man of great integrity and loved all. We will meet again.

MR FUSSELL YOU WILL BE TRULY MISSED BY LBJ IN MORE WAYS THEN JUST ONE. THE EXAMPLE YOU HAVE LEFT FOR ALL OF OUR CHILDREN OF GIVING LOVE AND YOURSELF. FLY WITH THE ANGELS

This man was a true example of love in action. Everything he did for his wife, family, friends and community was out of love. He was a huge supporter of Eagle athletics and his presence at ball games was always felt. I would come home from college to watch the high school boys on Friday night and he would still be wearing my jersey he bought years prior. I learned a lot from him while watching him care for his wife and love her until the very end. I will take his example and strive to be a...

I enjoyed working with Jim at American General. He was always happy and made my day better.
