I was assigned to the command center many days and I asked him how he stayed so calm while making so many important decisions , he told me that he would never take a job that he couldn't complete or see through to the end . While all of the chaos was going on he personally took the time to help me with a problem that I had. Looking back , it probably seemed small to him compared to the...

I know working for him and around him has made me a better policeman. I would also like to think that it has made me a better man for...

To the Gallagher Family,

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I met Jimmie only in spirit that night at the park as I passed and stopped to pray for him. I have heard from my dad who knew him well how very special he was and I am so glad God drew me to him that night to stay and pray with him. My prayers are with you all now in your time of loss. I feel certain that he is in heaven, for he was an angel here on earth. May God's grace comfort you in your time of grief.
