Not sure what to say?

I am sure sorry to hear about Jim. I worked with him for years at KJLA. My prayers are with you.

Betty and family. Was blind-sided, hearing of Jim's passing. Did not know
he was ill.

Classmate and team mate for four years
@ McKinley, had no contact post-war, but followed his career as best I could.

Proud, proud guy, intense competitor and loved and honored by all who knew him.

R.I.P, Jimmy and the family be well.

Left Chris a note a few minutes ago. Was thinking of you and just miss you, Mom is doing fair know she misses you more if you could put a scale to it to measure it by. Thank you for the socks, seems to have appeared out of nowhere. Mom and I have not felt well, but seem to improve on a day to day basis. Love you Pops

Well Pops you put up a good fight and still to the finish you tried to find some humor for all of us to enjoy. The memories have rolled thru all of our minds the last few months and with you having such a hard time you still managed to be humorous. Have thanked you and Mom several times thru the years for guiding me to become the person I am today. You are not forgotten just because we can no longer physically hear or touch you a place in my heart and mind until I see you again. You and Chris...

Betty & Family, We shall miss his Golden Voice at The Kansas City Golden Gloves Tournaments, he was always there to help us put on a good tournament.

Just thinking of you Jim and hoping the journey there is as good as the one you had here on earth. I will miss your jokes and pokes!!

Love you,
Rhonda

A talented, warm and funny man. He brought joy and professionalism to his broadcasting and to his friendships. Listening to Jim was a joy - and so was having him produce radio spots for my firm, many - many years ago.
