Dear Josephine, I am so saddened by hearing about the loss of your son,
My heart feels your pain. My prayers are with you and your family,

I work at Newfield High in Selden where James attended. James was a very friendly and intelligent student. He was a pleasure to converse with, always polite and interesting. I also used to see him at the gym where we worked out in Centereach. This is a terrible loss. I offer my heart felt condolences to his family. James was a wonderful young man. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Dear Mrs. G and Family,
I just heard today about James and the tears just started to flow and my heart broke. I am so, so sorry. You know how much I loved him and how much I loved having him in my class. Our deepest condolences. We had known James as a youth center participant and later as a smiling, polilte young man stopping by to say hello and share life stories. Such a tragic loss.
