Lt. Col. James H. Gibbs

I recently reached out to HQ/AFMPC to forward a letter to Colonel Gibbs only to be notified of his passing last year. I was his Acting First Sergeant prior to my 1992 retirement from RAF Lakenheath. "Boss" was a good man, steady and shared wisdom nuggets with me that have helped me in subsequent careers. I think of him often and regret missing a last visit.
