Jim played keys in a little jazz trio we had. Old Gershwin, Cole Porter, Louis Armstrong we covered and he had such a hoot playing. I played bass. We had such fun jamming. He was a very kind and interesting individual!

My sympathies to the Gibbs family. Jim was a special friend and golf buddy to my step-father, Bill Fletcher. They played golf and shared many laughs together while on the greens of The Crossings and other courses in NE Tennessee. Jim was always willing to lend his expertise and help Bill with emergent home repairs.
