I was shocked and saddened to learn of Jim's death. I worked with him at the Region Seven Canoe Base, Boulder Junction, Wisconsin, in the summer of 1966. We corresponded occasionally over the years.
We have a Facebook page devoted to the Canoe Base (later re-named Northern Wisconsin National Canoe Base) and I will post a notice there.
