Not sure what to say?

Jim our times in Magi And The Carol Denmark show are great memories. Musically we connected ,the intellectual conversations ,Your humor (puns included) still make me laugh.I have been doing searches for him forseveral years. So sad to here of your passing.

I love you Jim

Jim and I attended Jacksonville University back in the late sixties. Jim was my "big brother" when I pledged Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia music fraternity. We lost touch with one another for many years. It was at the monthly jam sessions at the Union Hall that we re-connected.

As a musician, Jim was in many ways a true intellectual. He loved music for the sake of music. He was always very generous with his time and talents, and I never heard him say a distastful thing about another...

I met Jim in 1966 when we began working in the same band. He was the consumate musician and a great punster. More than that, he was a great friend. We got together often after he moved back to Jacksonville. He was responsible for starting the monthly jam sessions at the Local. I'll miss him greatly.

Jim, You went too soon. You were a good man with a golden heart. There's nobody I would rather watch and make fun of a bad movie with than you!
Rest in Peace,
Mac

Jim-
Although the time I was given to get to know you was short, you always had a positive prosepective that I respected. You will be missed. Toni
