Not sure what to say?

James became part of my life about 3 years ago. He wasn't just a friend to me, for a while he was my life. We kept in touch, most recently by instant message and text message. His smile and sense of humor will always brighten up my life. James, I will miss you with all of my heart, but I know you are watching down over me.

Lots of love,
Stacy

James' last entry in his beloved Facebook was "pray for me". This was not a self-centered request. James knew that when he or his family asked people to pray for him, he did so knowing that this would strengthen OUR relationship with God. James wanted us to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Rest in peace my dear friend!

James,
You are dearly missed. I miss your faith in God, your laugh, your smile, your trust, your friendship. You'd always mention your wish to be a missionary. You were a missionary to all of the people you came in contact with. thank you for being my friend.

Penny,
James was a huge part of my life, even though it has been many years since I have seen or spoken with him. He has been in my thoughts many times over the years and in fact I just searched for him on Facebook this week. You and your entire family are in my prayers and I am deeply saddened and truly sorry for your loss.

James was a very dear and close to my heart. He played a major role in my sobriety and was ALWAYS there to listen to me even if it was just for a shoulder to cry on. I held every word he said very close to my heart (even though sometimes it was harsh, but true). We had just spoke of getting together, so i can't wait to see you home Buddy! Memories of you will live on in my heart forever. I guess they'll be no more walking for us the next time we see each other we'll both be...

James was a tremendous blessing to all of us who knew him. His joy and enthusiasm were contageous. He was a special part of our Celebrate Recovery ministry. We pray that God will bless and comfort all who grieve his loss. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."

James was a dear friend and his passing leaves a huge void for me and many others, but also comfort in knowing he is healed and joyfully praising his Savior in the throne room of Heaven! To his family, please know that he is loved by many people whose lives he impacted for the better. May you know the peace and comfort of God and the support of each other. I will never forget my Brother in Christ, James Goers.

Andrew,
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
