Not sure what to say?

Karyn and Family, I have pondered my thoughts about Jim for several days now and have come to the conclusion that Jim was instrumental in teaching me most of all patience and listening skills. As you know, Jim loved to talk and the majority of the time I was spell bound by his vast knowledge on almost any subject imaginable. Listening to Jim has given me a greater appreciation of what others have to say and how uniquely they have influenced my life. I am truly grateful for having the...

My condolences go out to the family and friends of Jim Goldstein. I was fortunate enough to be a part of Jim's Master's co-hort, better known at MO-020. As those who know him can imagine, there was never a dull moment during our Thursday evenings together with Jim in the room. He was an amazing and enlightening man and we are all better people for having known him.

I am certain that his desire to officially achieve his goal of obtaining his master's degree by focusing time...

Every Thursday for almost two years I spent four hours with Jim at Concordia University. No matter what my mood, I found myself in a better mood often because of Jim. How could anyone be down or crabby around a guy like Jim? Reading the guest book entries I learn more and more about Jim and realize he is even more of a spectacular and influential person than I ever knew – He never boasted about his kindness, accomplishments or loads of friends. He was simply a down to earth guy who would...

I am a high school classmate of Jims, and I have many fond memories of him from those days. A few weeks ago several of our classmates visited Jim. I was out of town and was sorry to have missed the chance to see him. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. He was a great man and will leave behind many happy memories.

Karyn & Family....thank you for allowing me to be part of the extraordinary celebrations last week. "Jimmy" handed out some great teaching of his own, even as he graduated. My Jimmy and I send special love and sympathy to Karyn, and extend an invitation to visit us in Connecticut.

My deepest sympathy to the Goldstein family. Jim will be missed in the flower industry for his council and help he gave to so many people, customers, fellow wholesalers, and friends. It is a pleasure to know someone who cares as much as Jim did for everyone.

Our deepest sympathy to Jim's family. He was a courageous person who made a difference in many people's lives -- and, he will be missed.

Our prayers are with his family -- especially Karyn during this sad time. God will comfort and help us remember the joy and meaning Jim gave to the lives he touched.

Jim lit up the room and our lives with his kindness and laughter. His gentleness overflowed and you couldn't help but feel calm when around him. He was "genuine" and will live on as an inspiration.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Goldstein family and especially our friend, his cherished Karyn.
With Love,
