Not sure what to say?

Jim was a great guy. Always upbeat and happy. I played with him in a band back in the late 60´s. He was a good friend and a great musician. I wish I had kept in touch.

Jim, we hardly knew each other and when we met, you couldn't speak. I was new to my particular line of work and you left a tremendous impression on me. I'll never forget the peace I felt a week later when I found you in the lounge working on a puzzle at 3am. You're one of the most interesting people I've met, and it was a pleasure to visit with you over several breaks to follow. I hope you conquered that obnoxiously large book of Sudoku puzzles.

Jim I think about you often...you were a good friend and a great person to everyone. My family and myself miss you very much...Rest in Peace my brother.

Jim, you were such a nice guy. I cherish the times we spent talking, the late night phone calls, & the beautiful music you played for me.
In our lifetimes we are sometimes blessed to have friends that we love forever. You are one of my forever friends. I will miss you. RIP

Doc, thank you for all the love you shared. God bless.

ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I EVER MET.THAT LAUGH! I'LL NEVER FORGET HIS LAUGH. REST IN PEACE.......J.D. BOONE

my friend and bandmate for years!- i learned alot from him-have great memories-lots of laughs!-i will miss him-and so will many others.

Jim, I cannot begin to exspress how much encouragement that you gave me so many years ago. You always said. " Just play, You will be fine." Good Rock and Roll advise. It worked. Thanks Jim for all your work for Bob and the Wiltones over the years. You are a mentor.

Jim was my best friend when we played in a band together back in the late 60's. sadly, I lost touch after moving away for school and then to work in California. I still play music, and to this day I have never played with a finer musician. I regret that we lost touch... Jim will surly be missed.
