Not sure what to say?

You're in my heart and in my mind, Vickie. May Jim enjoy his rest, and may you enjoy peace and comfort.

To Roger Goranson and Jim's family:

I just returned from two weeks in North Carolina trying to catch up on obituaries.

I was saddened to read of Jim's passing. As former president of the Brairwood Condo Association Jim was invaluable over the years to me and to my predecessor, Pat Gross, recently deceased. When Jim was unavailable, Roger continued in his stead.

Know that I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers and remember a fine gentleman and a...

We knew Jim when we were growing up on Charlestown Ave. I say "we" because we were a little group of young teenagers and preteens, and Jim was definitely our "leader". Over the past few days I have remembered so many many moments, so many of the funny remarks that Jim would repeat like catch-phrases at certain recurring moments of daily life! Vicki,
I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was an amazing guy. My prayers are with your family during this tough time.

To the family of Jim Goranson,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I send my condolences. Jim was always the person that helped so many in Toledo. I specifically remember an elderly women whom was dying and he went out of his way to help her. He would not accept payment. I remember her being so grateful for his help. Just last year the same scenerio with another family in the same situation. Jim was a giver a truly remarkable human being. I enjoyed talking with him and working with him....

Vicki and Roger: I am so saddened to learn today that Jim has died. Since our first years in the Sig Ep House at OSU I have such great memories of "Squirt." He was always the life of our parties and a great brother. We are nearly the same age, and I share with you the loss of knowing his passing is much too soon. I know he has many friends whose lives have been enriched by his humor and professional guidance. As members of the bar, we also grieve of the loss of another brethren. Jim...

So sorry to hear about your loss. It was a pleasure to do business with Jim. What a wonderfully nice man. Always respectful and truly a class gentleman. I will miss the conversations I had with him. My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers go out to his family, Roger and Gretchen and everyone in the office.
