James Richard Gowin

James was born on October 11, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018. James was a resident of Williamsburg, Iowa at the time of passing. He graduated from Fulton High School and enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving from 1964-1967. Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 am Saturday, January 27, 2018, at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
