Kirk was a professor during law school. We became good friends. I was deeply saddened learning of his death. Last time I saw him was about four years ago in Charleston. We had a nice time reminiscing about the good old law school days. RIP my friend. I hope we meet again.

I ended up loving contracts & deeply understanding them because of his patience & vast knowledge. I am saddened to learn of his passing,...

Kirk was assigned the job of organizing a lunch for summer associates. Instead of a stuffy office setting - he had me order at least 30 boxed lunches and we marched off to the Boston common on a beautiful sunny day! He went to a different wonderful drum. Most memorable is the day I won a day of sailing for 6 out of Boston. He was my first...
