Remembering Mr. Grose in our days in the Land O'Lakes/Great Sauk Trail Councils. The Scout (formerly Boy Scout) Nation mourns the loss of a fellow Scouter and Leader.

Jim was a fellow scouter and friend. I was lead to check the obituaries today and was shocked to read of his death on Thursday. We are praying for Jim and his family. May the consolation of Our Lord, Jesus be with all of you.

Dan and I want to express our condolences to Diane and James, Jr. We will be praying for Jim and the family. God bless all of you.

I´ve known Jim and Diane for around 40 years ever since I´ve been working at Hickoryhills G C ! Jim would come golfing w/ his buddies Dewey , Reg , Bob and Rotary friends at various times throughout the years and I thoroughly enjoyed our verbal sparring over the years ! His and bob´s wit were extremely entertaining and it was sooo much fun chit chatting w them ,it was always the highlight of my day when they´d come in ! I´ve missed all of them especially Jim and I´m very sad to hear of his...

Jim you are a great friend and are missed especially on Tuesday morning breakfast. The old gang likely have already greeted you. Thank you for all you have done for family, friends and the community!!
