Jimmy was always very accommodating. He was a very gentle man with a friendly smile and was a ray of sunshine in Wilmington that will forever be missed. He was a just and upright man and Mason who led a very honorable life. I will miss him.

Jimmy was truly one of a kind. My chiropractic office was right across the street from the deli and I came in for lunch just about every day. Jimmy was always there smiling away, pleasant as could be, genuinely interested in me and would often ask how my son was doing. He seemed to be impervious to having a bad day, which I will always remember and try to emulate. Thank you for your friendship, dearest Jimmy. You truly were "super good" in more ways than one. I was extremely saddened to hear this news. Jimmy had energy that was limitless. His positivity was contagious. Wilmington has suffered a huge loss with his passing. I remember 30 years ago, when I was chairman of the Greek Festival, how he came to help us several evenings with food prep. Then, during the festival itself, helped when we had issues with our Pepsi dispensers. Quite the man!
