Sandy, Doug Burgin from Baton Rouge recently told me about this. I am so sad and sorry to hear this. I wish I had known sooner. Jim and I took many marketing road trips for MBJ, including New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Rock Island, Davenport, Mobile, Cleveland, Chicago, and other cities. He was a good friend and confidant. He will be missed dearly.

Huge supporter of SAME and USACE. Have bag will travel; Jim was always ready to grab a flight and work the halls of a USACE District or...
