Mr. Hales was my Driver's Ed teacher at the Sophomore Division. He was a great teacher and I still use the skills he taught me to this day. Rest in peace.

I also had a great experience with Mr Hales as my driver education teacher as a sophomore. He taught me the best trick for parallel parking a very large car on Main St in Elkhart. Something that we all had to learn back in the day in order to pass the test for our license. Thank you Jim! God speed.

Jim and Janet were simply the best! Both were great teachers with huge hearts. Jim was always soft spoken and calm when I asked him for the 100th time how to run the AV equipment at Memirial. Jim and Janet are together again.
