Mr. James Leroy Hall

Mr. James Leroy Hall, age 56, of Fairmount, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Leroy was born August 31, 1954 in Cartersville GA, a son of the late Roy and Sadie Mulkey Hall. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Hall and a sister Linda Hall. He was also predeceased by a step daughter Rhonda Young, and grandsons; Travis Young and Casey Stewart. Leroy is survived by his daughters and son in laws; Viola and Randy Cantrell of Adairsville GA, Felica and Jamie Grogan of Calhoun GA, step daughter and son in law Selena and Roger Cantrell of Adairsville GA, and Tanya Redd of Rydal GA. Step sons Terry Hamrick of Calhoun GA and Joey Burton of Jasper GA. Brothers; Wayne Hall, Alvin Hall, Dale and Rita Hall all of Adairsville GA and brother and sister in law Lamar and Tammy Hall of Fairmount GA sister and brother in law Christie and Jeremy Garland of Adairsville GA. Sister in law and special caregiver Louise and Gary Patterson of Fairmount GA. Leroy had grandchildren; Austin, McKayla, Jessica, Katlynn Cantrell, Brett, Chasity, Melody, Ashley and Tracy Young Jr., Joey Grogan, Nathan Hall and Corey Redd. Leroy has several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Services to celebrate the life of Mr. James Leroy Hall will be held Friday Afternoon, December 23, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fairmount Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home in Fairmount Ga. with Ministers Chris Childers and Timm Redd officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Full Baptist Church Cemetery in Adairsville, Ga. Buddy Redd, Clifton Parker, Quilon Young, Sanford Randol, Billy Jo Rogers, MC Young, Randy Mulkey, Jackie Mulkey, Randy Mulkey Jr, Andy Mulkey and Vernon Hall will serve as Pall Bearers. The Family will receive friends on Wednesday December 21 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM and Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00PM at Ponders Funeral Home in Fairmount, Ga.
