Not sure what to say?

My prayers are with you all. Jimmie was an outstanding Gentlemen. The world has lost a great leader and we have all lost a good friend.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Jimmy was so active - he was involved in all his children's activities .He also enjoyed the outdoors with his vivacious wife (Jeanette). He brought about #21 canoes from my Dad(Jack) when he worked@ Coleman.I know he is in the Heavenly outdoors waiting on Jeanette to join him!! My mother(Pat) loved both of them.God's & great memories for all the Hancocks.Sincerely,Susan Inglis

Jeanette, you and your family are in my heart and prayers. Judge was a powerful legal servant. He was loved and respected by so many. May you be blessed with fine remembrances and peace.

Jimmie was a brilliant judge, a teacher to more federal district judges than can be counted, and loved by all who knew him. There will never be another like him. He was a dear, dear friend to Jane and me and he left us with so many wonderful memories.
