Dear Jimmy's family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Jimmy only from the store but my husband Steve valued him as a friend and a true mensch. Marsha Goodman is a long-time friend and I often met Jimmy's son at Frank and Ben Goodman's parties. Steve is visiting his parents, Fred and Dorothy Ross, in Florida now or we would have been there with you today. Melanie Ross

We were shocked and very saddened to read of Jimmy's untimely death. Jimmy always was very kind to us; every time we entered the store, he offered a broad smile and friendly schmooze. I'll never forget how he personally delivered our food order when he discoverd I was sick. Our thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time. May the wonderful memories help to sustain you. Sorry we cannot make it to the funeral.
Our deepest condolences,
Deborah and Jack Schuss and family
