Sincere condolences and comforting prayers from Jim & Renee!

Even though I haven´t seen Carmen and James for years, I have so many fond memories of the Triathlon years of travelling and racing along side them both. I loved when I would bump into them on the legacy trail as we biked one end to the other. Many hugs to all of you and I´m so sorry to hear we lost James.

I first met James skiing at Snowbird with Buzz Welch. He was just out of high school working as a drywaller. His work ethic, Intelligence and ambition in positions of responsibility with major general contractors, ultimately led to forming his own company which he operated with great success.
