While I wasn't aware of his incredible array of accomplishments, he was an amazing advocate for, and mentor to, my daughter during her time at Maryville. We knew all about the beautiful Marie and it made my heart happy. He was an obviously brilliant and kind many and am so glad he was a brief part of my daughter's life. She studied abroad twice because of him, received her degree in Math in Secondary Education, and enjoyed golfing with him. What a blessing. I am deeply sorry for your loss...
