Not sure what to say?

Mr. Jim Harmon, uncle Jim,Jim the barber,it didn't matter what you called him,if you called him"friend" you were one lucky s.o.b.
Jim was a stalwart of the old days,a much simpler times where you got an education, went to church on Sunday and obeyed your parents, when you finished school you continued your education, got a job or joined the military to defend the freedoms that were afforded you as a citizen of this great country,
after serving his country uncle Jim got his barber...

My dad (Joe Uzas) was a 2nd cousin to Jim, (don't know how exactly) and I remember my dad always speaking highly of all the Harmons. He treated himself sometimes to Jim's barbershop in Sparta. He always came back happy. I wish I could have met Jim.

Jerry Uzas

Jim was my barber for many years and I was the last man to get a haircut. Someone was doing a story about Jim as I was getting my haircut and it was on the TV news that same night. He was a good friend to our family and his wife also cut my Mom hair.
Until we meet again my friend.

Rest in peace Jim...I'll always be grateful to you for cutting John's hair after his brain surgery. He insisted no one could cut his hair as well as you could. I remember having to almost having to pry him out of your shop. Condolences to the family at this difficult time, He's swapping stories in heaven with all the family and friends who have passed before him and I'm sure was greeted with "Welcome Home" by one and all.

Thank you Jim, for the haircuts, for my first job when you hired me to mow your lawn (which I failed at miserably when I broke your mower), and thank you for being our neighbor and our friend.
