Sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. I remember his encouragement when he and I worked together at Westinghouse to buy and renovate a home in Bloomington IN in the early 70´s. It was the beginning of my real estate investing over the next few years. Maybe it was the small beginning that lead to his venture into Real estate. We some business contact a few years later but lost contact after that. My wife Peggy and I send our deepest condolences to Jim´s family and friends. David Ramsey

Jan, saw this in the bulletin today at Calvary the 26th. Had a transaction with Jim years and years ago. So glad he knew JESUS! May your real comfort in the days ahead come directly from GOD.

I worked with Jim at The Real Estate Office on Fulton and Jefferson. He was a hard working guy who loved his career. Prayers for Jim and his family.
