James Neil Hatridge, 84, died December 5, 2020. He was born May 28, 1936 in Hampton, AR to Golden “Buck” Hatridge and Jessie Waldrip Buchanan. He was a master plumber and owner of Hatridge Plumbing of Camden for twenty years, a disabled Vietnam veteran and a member of the American Legion. He was retired from Lockheed Martin.


In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Hatridge and a brother, David Hatridge. He is survived by a son, Jim Hatridge (Deb Collins Hatridge) of Camden, AR; a daughter, Janet Vaughan Hendrix (Ricky) of Camden, AR; two grandchildren, Rachel Stevens (Chris) of Hot Springs, AR and Eric Vaughan of Stagecoach, Colorado; three great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Stevens, Luke Stevens and Drury Stevens; two brothers, Johnny Gordon Hatridge (Eva Jean) of Chidester, AR and Rodney Hatridge of Missouri and several nieces and nephews.


Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5:00-8:00 Tuesday, December 8, 2020.  Graveside services will be 1:00 Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Janet I'm so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. May God be with you all during this difficult time.

Sorry to learn of James death. James was a friend since school at Fairview, both military veterans, and fellow employees at Lockheed Martin. Marilyn was a friend as well . May God give comfort to the family was your time sorrow.

I only met James a few times and could tell that he was a stand up guy. I know that he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
