So sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. He hired me in 1985 for Traffic Engineering. He was the best boss I ever worked for. He believed in his personnel and had confidence that we could do our jobs. He truly made a difference in traffic engineering policies throughout the City of Colorado Springs. Personally he was a great man and I enjoyed playing golf with him.
