Not sure what to say?

I'll never forget pastor being with me the night Jack was injured. He never left my side for hours. He was the best pastor I have ever had in all my years in the church. he meant very much to my children also. He was so kind and understanding to everyone. My parents , Virginia and Maurice Ritter were also very appreciative of him. He was one of Dad's very best friends. We will all miss him. My prayers are with you.

Pastor Hazelwood you will be missed, thank you for being my Pastor.

Rev. James Hazelwood was the most humble man. He was a true and honest person that would share and educate those that wanted to know the Lord. From my family who are in heaven welcoming him. And from me here I am so sorry for the loss but not for him meeting with his friend and father.

Pastor Hazelwood was our interim pastor in Ottawa. Our family, the Robinetts, Lanphierds and Aldersons, so appreciated his ministry. I have been praying for him and his family. Continuing to pray for you at this time. May our God of comfort and peace surround each of you.

What a great soul--Rev Jim Hazelwood. He will be sorely missed. To our family, he will always be someone near and dear to our hearts and lives. His interest and concern for the lives of others was always obvious and appreciated down through the years at Galesburg 1st Church. We all send our most sincere condolences to the Hazelwood family and circle of friends. The Tingleys
