James was a much loved, very quiet member of the Class of 1954. I'm not sure I ever saw him after high school. I'm glad but not surprised to learn he led a happy and productive life. My best and condolences to Leo, Jerrald, Joseph and Janet.

I had the great pleasure of meeting and getting to know Jim and his brother Jerry since they moved into the French Manor. Jim could school anyone on sports, he did it to me on the many transports I spent with him. I loved that man, will truly miss him. My condolences to the family, I hope heaven is ready to listen to a great man talk sports.
