Our thoughts our with you love Rick and cynthia Jepson

I've already put it out there for all to see. So very sad to hear that wonderful spirit has moved on. He was always enormously liked for his great sense of humor and kind nature. I'm certain he will be missed by his family and friends until you meet again. God Bless Patty and your children. Love, Elly and Harry McKee

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dear HERR FAMILY,

It is with great sadness, that I express my condolences to you all. Mr. Herr was the greatest man to me and my career. He encouraged me, while working at CMSS, to return to school and earn my master's degree and was very supportive throughout those two years. I am so thankful that he was there for me. I will miss him dearly, forever and I remember the last conversation that we had. My prayers are for you all and always remember that he is now with the LORD GOD...

Mr.Herr I will never forget all our talks and wonderful conversations. You were such an Awesome CEO and always had so much Class......You will be truly missed and Your Legacy will live on for decades in the hearts of so many people's lives You touched. Our Prayers and Sympathy To Mrs.Herr, Pat, and Family...Love, Joe and Laurie Bizzarro.....

Rest in your well-deserved peace, Mr. Herr. Your wonderful legacy will live on and continue to enhance the lives of our folks with disabilities. Dear Patty and family, I am praying that the Lord will wrap you in his grace and comfort during this most difficult time. Fondly, Patti Popovich

To the Family of Jim Herr,

My sympathy, thoughts, and prayers. Mr. Herr was the Director of Erie County Human Services when I was a caseworker and later a program director in the Office of Children and Youth. I always admired his self confidence and assertiveness in carrying out his responsibilities. I also salute him as a fellow U.S. military officer. Rest in peace, sir.
