I worked for Jim at U-Save in Kearney starting in high school, and through my time at UNK. He was one of the best bosses I ever had. He treated all his employees with respect and was never afraid to lead by example and get his hands dirty. Lots of good memories of Jim outside of the work place as well, but his example of leadership has stuck with me for many years.
