Jim was a very eager, enthusiastic and sophisticated traveller, I had the good fortune to share some wine and whiskey explorations with him and remember our journeys together as fondly as I remember Jim. I will toast the memory of an erudite drinker with wine, whiskey and stories to honour his memory. I send the condolences on behalf of many Irish and Spanish friends to Ellen and Don,
