Mike and Joy's Wedding, March 11, 1978

One of my oldest friends. We grew up together, went to school, hung out everywhere. Many concerts at Roosevelt Stadium and everywhere else. Jetro Tull. Best man at my wedding. One of the best men in my life. We watched our kids grow up. Loyal to the very end. Our group staying in touch a few times a year even though we live all over the state. Very important that we stayed in touch. You, Tommy, Lillis, Jack, Benny, Keller, and me will always be together in this life and the next. ...

The type of person you are lucky to meet in life. He enjoyed people, loved to laugh and made you feel good when he was around you. His laugh made you feel good and was infectious. They always say one out and one in....well, the one coming in has some big shoes to fill. I will miss you Jim but you will always be remembered by me and all who knew you. You will always be in my heart and memories. Thanks for always looking out for me in the early days. Johnny
