James Q. Holigan

I had the honor and privilege to work with Jim - I as a principal, he as the superintendent of the Barkhamsted School - a part of Regional School District #7.
Jim was a man of great integrity and fine moral character. As an educator and a true leader, Jim was respected among his peers.
He was a man of his word. He taught me a lot of what it means to be responsible to the well being of the children, parents, teachers and staff that a principal serves.
