Not sure what to say?

I had not been given the opportunity to spend time with my uncle James during his last years with us. If my uncle taught me one important thing in my life, that would surely be the way of having a good heart, how to care. He was also very intelligent. I believe he had the largest impact in my life, as a person, and I thank him for that. I thank him for How lucky I am to have known someone who was so hard to say goodbye to. I wish I could have been there to say goodbye, and still, forever you...

I was married to James for 13 years, and he was the most caring person I have ever met. Even after we were divorced he remained my best friend, I seen him 2-3 times per week and we would always talk and sympathize together. James always could understand what I was going through. Even through the tough times he always put his family before anything.

Please know that our hearts are with all of the Holland family. To lose both Jim and Russ in this short time is a huge burden to bear. We're just so sorry for your losses and wish you comfort in this very trying time.

James was a very intelligent person that had a good heart and intentions. James had hard times towards the latter of his years, but always loved his family. I'll always remember him for the laughs and debates we had! Rest in peace "Uncle Scrapper"

Sometimes there are no words to say to someone who has lost a loved one. Linda, Jamie, Vincent and lil connie I love you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Aunt Celeste

Even in the worse times in our relationship he showed both me and my brother unconditional love. He was only 41 when he passed away, we kind of all knew it was coming but not this soon. Last time i seen my father was 2 days before he passed, when my mother called me I was in the middle of my English Composition class and I could not believe it. During the last few years I didn't spend nearly enough time with him as I should of. If anyone reading this is around my age (17), or anyone else...

I want to offer my deepest heartfelt sympathies to all the family of James Holland. His life impacted mine greatly as he and my daughter Linda Louise gave me two grandchildren and a greatgrandaughter.I will standby and love these grandchildren all my life.I believe that James is in a better place and is in reunion with deceased friends and family....no more trials or pain for him.I do hold fond memories of James .I pray for comfort for the children and all loved ones left behind.May God hold...
