Not sure what to say?

Jim and I were competitors when I first started in the food business. He was always gracious and a gentleman and we enjoyed a healthy rivalry in sales success. It was a pleasure to have known him. My sincerest sympathies on your loss.

We were so saddened to hear this terrible news. We were neighbors of Janet Matthews and we became fast friends of Jim and Devon during this time. Our prayers go out to you Devon and we hope that you remember all of the wonderful qualities that your Dad garnered. He was a wonderful man.
Love,
The Moran Family

I have worked with Jim for several years, the gift he gave to me was a great friendship! We spent many hours solving the woe's of the food serice world and even hours talking about our children, which, was the most important thing in his life! Devon, you were his world, everything else was second place. I am so very sorry for your dads life cut too short! I wish for you the best of memories. Hold on to love he had for you and for life! I will miss my friend!

Jim's personality and humor will certainly be missed in our "foodie" community. His laugh will be absent at every foodshow from now forward. Your family is in our prayers.

jj My prayers and condolences are with you Devon. I am sure you have many many memories of happy times together that cannot be taken away from you. You will always have these and they will comfort you. I also extend my sympathy to all of the Holmes family especially Mary.

My sympathies to all. I know there are many of us with a hole in our heart today. I will miss Jim's engaging sense of humor and his "Blonde" hair. Devon, please know you will always have a place amongst your father's friends.
