Not sure what to say?

I can't remember when I first met Jim, but he was a fine may to work with/for. He came to bat for me when really needed the help. I'm sorry I was never in a position to return the favor. My condolences to Becky and family.

Mr. Horn was an honorable man and leader of many of us who worked for him. Who he was and what he represented will be remembered with enduring respect. Jerry Wolfe (Rockledge, Fl)

I first met Jim in 1984 when he was the Manager of Operations and I was a newly minted software enginering leader.

Jim always treated me with respect and kindness even when he was frustrated with the realtime software that I was responsible for developing for him.

I admired Jim for his knowledge of the Eastern Test Range, for his lightning quick operations decisions, and for the dedication that he had for his people.

Jim was a wonderful person to know,...

Jim was a true friend and a good man to work for, he will be missed by those of us who had know Jim during or time on the Range.

Jack Tolman

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with/for Jim a few years in Operations Control. He quickly earned my respect as a Manager, Friend, and as a Good Man. I am very sorry to hear of his early departure.
