Not sure what to say?

I remember playing golf with him and how amazed I was with his stature, we had a wonderful day out on the links at Firestone C. C. My personal best wishes to the family and Jane for their loss ! Sorry, I did not know of your loss.

Mr. Houston was our high school team's assistant Coach when he was in college. I never forgot him because of his kind encouragement before my first game. We looked up to him, and from all I have read about him over the years, many, many others looked up to him too. No matter how well known a person is, or what they accomplish, the thing people remember most about them, is how they treated you. That is why I remember and value that short conversation over 50 years ago. John Tewell

Jim, you are a very unique."he was known as a fun-loving, easy-going family man. You are very missed. Your loving smile and your participation with all the active, especially during meal time you brought smiles to other residents You left to soon but in my heart you are in a better place and we will see each other gain.. you can bet on it. It as please to take care and especially meet your wife Donna.

I didnt know his background about being a professional football player, I actually thought might of been a WWF wrestler. After my shift working with him I found he was nothing more than a big teddy bear. Im sure his buddies wouldnt want him to know that. I was working...

Donna, We are thinking of you and your family during this difficult time. ~Marcy and the staff of the Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter

My sympathy goes out to a great Ohio State and Cleveland Browns player and to all his family and fans.

My Dear Jimmy, Jane, Judy and David: How I miss you kids. I recall all the good times my kids spent with you while at M-Z. We still talk of you . My heart goes out to each of you at this sad time. I recall your precious Grandmother Houston coming to me suggesting I let our kids go home with you after church on Sundays. And that is how our
friendship started. Wish I could see you and your precious families and Mom. May our precious Heavenly Father grant you peace and comfort in the...

My condolences to the entire Houston family at this time of grieving. Jim was a wonderful man that carried himself with complete class throughout his entire life. May he rest in peace.
