Not sure what to say?

So very sorry to hear about "Coach" - we always got together with him when he visited here in Myrtle Beach. Our condolences to the family and friends.

Jim and Barbara Howard are certainly among the many treasures OSU and the city of Oswego were fortunate to have.
Jim was my colleague and friend throughout my tenure at OSU and the wonderful memories will be with me always. I had the pleasure of serving with Jim on several campus committees that included several years on the Public Ceremonies Committee with Jim as Chairperson. His organization made each event center stage while the committee membership remained basically unnoticed.

He was a very good friend and taught me what real college wrestling was about...not the wrestling you saw on TV. He also helped me as chair of the chemistry department during commencement, lining up the students, etc. He will be remembered for his many valuable contributions to SUNY Oswego.

I have many fond memories of Jim from when I worked at the Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market. He was always friendly and had great stories to share. My sincerest condolences to his family.

Sending strength and prayers to the entire Howard family. I was able to chat a bit with your dad while he was in the nursing home. He was blessed to have Mike and Su-Ann bring him home at the end.

Jim’s exuberant personality always left me smiling. He was a delightful colleague! Missed seeing him last summer, but his delicious honey remains a treasured pantry staple in my kitchen. My condolences to his family.

I'm so sorry to the howard family I'm a great neice. Never got a chance to meet him. Sending love to you all.

Thanks coach, rest in peace...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
