Not sure what to say?

It is hard to believe that 7 years have passed by. Time has its winding-river way of drifting through the years, sometimes with rushing rapids, and sometimes with meandering calm, when all we do is blink, and it's gone. I can still hear him practicing the "bone." Eric Chlebisch:

The speed of time goes faster and faster and it is hard to believe that four years have passed. Growing up with Jim, with both of us in our early and mid-teen years, and the adventures we shared, will always bring fond memories and smiles. I have nothing but good memories of summer-life on Sprague Rd., running back and forth over the yards of Merrick's and Jaworski's and "bothering" my sisters and Jim's sisters, all in between he and I sharing lawn mowing and garden tilling duties. We are so sorry to hear about your dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Take care. XXOO

Dear Carol and Family and Siblings,
It is with great sadness that I read about Jim's passing. On my several trips to Independence I meant to visit, but time was too elusive. Having spent several years trying to grow into adulthood with Jim and sharing experiences unique to Sprague Rd. houses, he will be someone I shall not forget. I am sorry to miss the Mass and the musical procession, but again time is not my friend. Go with the angels Jim and blow that horn as the saints go marching in!

What a great man with a true love of life. I enjoyed all the stories, the crazy tractor rides during bonfire parties on state road when we were in high school, the great jazz barn parties and stories of spontaneous "sit ins" in New Orleans and other places. Ryan's "pizza man" video really encompassed the zest this man had for life and his easy going attitude. So many are truly Blessed by knowing this man. So sorry for all the family and friends left behind but grateful for the endless...

So sorry for your loss Michelle

I am so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. He was truly kind, happy, and fun to be around while growing up with him in the same neighborhood.
I remember him playing his trombone at my wedding many years ago. His music was so enjoyable to listen to.
I am glad to have grown up around such a special person.
