James L. Hundley

Jim and I had a wonderful friendship since high school. We had very different, separate lives but kept in touch with long phone calls filled with laughter & joy for whatever the other was doing. Jim had an amazing mind that understand the Universe, remembered everything, and was the nicest person with the biggest heart, I am grateful to have called my Dearest Friend

I am very sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was a custodian in Springfield City Hall and cleaned my office every evening. He was a great guy with many Navy stories. Many nights he would spend a few minutes chatting with me, usually about the Navy. I was very happy for him when he retired to Florida. R.I.P. Jim
