Mr. Hunt was an awesome teacher...very kind,I enjoyed shop class with him. He was one of my favorites. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Jim Hunt inspired his students, cared for the environment, and was kind and compassionate to people and animals. He had a great sense of humor and a fine intelligence and was very open minded, fair, and honest. He helped so many people when they really needed it. He will be greatly missed by so many. Mr. Hunt was the best. From the drag races we had in the hall with the balsa wood race cars, changing the oil in my car,to just learning to enjoy life. He will be with me every time I lift the hood and has been. I will miss him so very much. Just don't let him bring any tires that may contain spiders in the office spaces!

We had parked next to Mr. Hunt for many years at Dragway 42 and he was always such a sweet man. I'll miss hearing his stories and hanging out in the trailer. God Speed Mr. Hunt.
