Not sure what to say?

Dear Toni and family,

I only met Jim one time, briefly at North Pier in Chicago. I CAN say this with certainty, the bicycle collecting hobby will be diminished without him. His written insights and vast encyclopedic knowledge of bikes will live on and on, shared with new gererations of enthusiasts. I really wish I'd have had the opportunity to really get to know him...

-Chris Martin...

Dear Toni,
The bicycle hobby is poorer for the loss. Jim was people oriented. He brought to the hobby his knowledge, foresight, and sense of humor which helped forge a great hobby. He legacy will be remembered for years to come.
My Deepest Condolences,
Joe Adamson

Toni-
I want to let you know how much of an impact you and Jim had on my life. Spring Break in the Belair was my only one trip to D.C. and I keep the photo of us very close by. I reccount all the wonderful things we did still to this day. In fact, the day Jim passed away, I was telling the stories from that trip - Lancaster, Bloomies, that fabulous Peking Duck, the Smithsonian. Thank you.

Toni and Family, We extend our deepest symphany to you. We so loved Jim, he will remain in our hearts forever. We have so many memories of the great bicycle "adventures" he took us on. Letting Barb ride his Bowden -UPHILL- funny!! It was so like him!!! You could always feel good and smile around Jim. Ron has a special gift from Jim he'll keep forever, a tiger's head bicycle siren that was so hard to find. Jim just gave it to him. He was such a giving man and will be remembered. We will miss...
