James Addison Ingle III died on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Ad was born in Charleston on December 10, 1927, the son of James Addison Ingle, Jr. and Helen Jervey Ingle. He married Helen Garvin on March 31, 1951, and enjoyed 56 years of marriage until her death in 2007.

My condolences to the Ingle family. Mr. Ingle was certainly a memorable figure from my childhood downtown. His humor, which had a slight edge to it, was alway "on." I am sorry for your loss.
