TRULY A MAN AFTER GODS OWN HEART THAT WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED , LOVED AND CHERISHED. HE LIVES ON IN EVERY FAMILY MEMBER WHICH HE WILL ALWAYS BE OF PART OF EACH OF YOU. LOVE YOU´LL.

Betty and Family,
May God be with you in this hour. Our prayers are with you daily.

Betty, my prayers are with you and the family. Pastor Ivy will always be remembered by me as a Man of God that loved his family and us, the members of New Hope.

Forever in my heart.

I remember one of the greatest sermons preached by brother many years ago. The title was "The Times Between The Times" a time to be born and a time to die. I thank God for the times we spent at home growing up. We laughed, sang, went to church but most of all we loved and cared for each other. Mother wouldn't have it any other way. Thank God for those times. Love always,

My prayers and thoughts are with the entire family. May GOD comfort and strengthen you always. Love you all

James is a true trooper of Christ Jesus. It is such a pleasure to have met him and Bettye. My prayers are continually with this family. May the peace of God garrison your hearts.

Patty Luehder with the Shrine-James was an inspiration and a beautiful person inside and out. My thoughts are with you Betty.

Betty,
I am so glad that God led you to the Shrine even for a short time and that I got to know you and James. From the time that he got the diagnosis of cancer until we saw you guys a couple of weeks before he passed, he was a man of such tremendous faith, joy and love. What an incredible example and legacy he has left all who knew him. Betty and Family- my very heartfelt sympathy goes to you during this sad time.God's love and peace be with you.
