Not sure what to say?

Christie, Pam and I think of you often, with the fondest of memories.

Dear Christy,
I was so sad to hear about Michael. He was one of a kind and a very special guy, always with a joke and smile. My love and prayers go out to you and your family as you heal.

Mike was such a wonderful person, scholar and athelete. I mourn his passing and I want to pass along my sympathies to his whole family.

To the Jarvis Family: My shirt tail is hanging out in memory of Mike and our youthful days at BHS. Solice to the family, I wish it were otherwise.

I was truly saddened to hear of Michael's passing. I've known the Jarvis family since the 60's. I always felt like part of the family. I will always remember Michael for his wonderful smile, great sense of humor, and his always welcoming manner. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family. God bless all of you at this time of loss.

To the Jarvis family,
My condolences and prayers. I have many fond memories of the Jarvis family especially from when I was the other tackle on what was arguably the best football team Benedictine ever fielded in 1963.

Michael and the Jarvis clan were like family to me, from our time at UVA to fighting Ma Bell as the lawyer for Jarvis and Va Telephone Interconnect Association, to building the Va Beach office building. I could go on, but when I needed his help, he gave it without hesitation and without question. We have all lost a special person who cast a shadow larger than life, and we will take consolation in knowing that he and Christi have a beautiful family that will carry on his tremendous legacy. ...

I am also sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I started with Jarvis in 72 and was lucky enough to have known him
through all the name changes till 95. I think he set a fashion trend with his shirt tail half out. I will never forget the time he ran out of gas coming to the beach office for a meeting. SEMPRE FI Mike
