To all of the Jenkins family, I am so sorry to learn of the death of Mr. Jenkins. I was fortunate to have had him as my Little League Baseball coach in Swansea, SC almost 60 years ago (back in about 1959/1960). He was a wonderful young coach at that time. I remember that he was able to convince my father to make the monetary sacrifice to purchase a new baseball glove for me if I were to have good success in my Little League play.
